Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. Military veterans are welcome! Commercial, CDL, and DOT driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Typical hours are 10am to 8pm (TBD). Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn $21.00-$23.00 Hour
- Flexible scheduling: Full-time and part-time positions available

- 10-hour shifts are typical (overtime available)
- Scheduled Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more that 4 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time, every other weekend should be off
- Delivery Driver Basic Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
- Must value teamwork
- Must have good communication skills
- Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all state and local laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
- Follow delivery instructions using handheld devices.
- Use hand held device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with other team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions.
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure the safety of the vehicle and packages.
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at various locations.
