Description:You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala, FL. Our team is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support for production programs.
What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the management of program dedicated manufacturing engineers and providing overarching program manufacturing support for production programs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring resources are assigned appropriately to provide support to the production programs
• Supporting program and mission area corrective action boards and manufacturing initiatives
• Creating and executing strategies that ensure continuous improvement of production processes resulting in on-time and on-cost deliveries that meet program and customer
• Managing overall headcount of programs being supported
• Implementing and executing processes and procedures in production engineering
• Conducting briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives and works as an active member of an Integrated Product Team, partnering with Production Operations, Engineering and Technology, PP&C as well as Program Management

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Experience in the manufacturing of electronics, harness, electromechanical, or electro-optical assemblies.
• The candidate must be willing to work alternate shifts.
• Previous leadership experience.
Desired Skills:• Experienced with SAP
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,
Access, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts
and techniques
• CREO, SolidWorks or equivalent CAD
software experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
