THE WORKAs an Early Career Procurement Representative Associate within the Materials Cost Estimating Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our proposal efforts. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with industry suppliers to request and receive quotations, creating Requests For Quotes (RFQs) within our procurement system (LMP2P), and ensuring accurate communication and pricing input. Additionally, you will analyze vendor responses to align with proposal needs and help maximize competition among vendors. You will also perform various material cost estimating administrative tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- General Microsoft office suite knowledge which includes Strong Excel skills: data manipulation / vlookups / reporting.
- Ability to work with numbers, data and units of measure.
- Familiarity with Bills of Material, buying experience, and
ability to work and communicate effective with suppliers.
Desired Skills:Organized with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
