ABM Industries is seeking for a Electrical Service Manager to join our Technical Solutions team. The Electrical Service Manager is responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing business activities necessary for development and maintenance of electrical service projects. This position will oversee the pricing, bidding, budgeting, estimating, and pre-construction process for all service projects. A successful candidate will ensure company, divisional, and departmental technical policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to for field operations.
Pay: $87,500 - $162,500 Annual Salary + Bonus eligibility.

- Must have 8 years minimum experience in all aspects of electrical construction.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment, tools and materials.
- Perform estimating duties for labor and material cost for routine service proposals.
- Interviewing, develop, train, hold accountable and retain technicians.
- Must be familiar with a variety of electrical operations concepts, best practices, and procedures, including the technical ability to understand and interpret electrical codes.
- Maintain positive financial posture and monitor cost analysis activities relative to overall profit and loss responsibility for all service projects.
- Handle customer service issues pertaining to field operations.
- Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- Participate with Divisional Manager to develop and monitor short-term and long-term plans consistent and overall profit and growth objectives.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
In this role, you are expected to travel locally up to 25% of the time.
