As a Quality Inspector (Incoming Goods Control) you will participate in the implementation of our quality policy by ensuring high-quality products, monitoring supplier compliance with quality standards, and improving quality processes within the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of mechanical components (measurements according to technical drawings), electronic components (visual inspection and validation in the production process), and optical components (visual assessment) delivered to the Company according to the control plan (Incoming Goods Control).
- Perform product audits.
- Document the results of inspections (non-conformance reports).
- Collaborate with the R&D Department and Quality Department on quality verification and procedures.
- Report and present audit results.
- Initiate and verify corrective actions (assigning repairs, filing complaints).
- Carry out sorting and 100% inspection tasks.
- Collect and prepare samples for inspection.
- Assist in developing control plans.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Ability to use measuring instruments (caliper, depth gauge).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with the production process and its integration with other departments in the company is a plus.
- Experience in production roles (operator, assembler, quality controller, etc.) is a plus.
- Technical secondary education.
- Ability to communicate in English (B2 level).
