Job Description
The Ad Platforms & Operations (AP&O) Audience Solutions product team is responsible for collection, standardization, and management of NBCUniversal’s 1st party data asset. NBCU collected consumer data is used to enable activation, monetization, and data collaboration in secure, privacy-centric ways. T
he AP&O Audience Solutions product team leads product strategy, development and taxonomy management for 1st party data products, including 1st party audiences.
As Senior Product Manager on the Audience Solutions product team, you will manage the build, structure and maintenance of 1st Party Data products. You will interact with stakeholders across AP&O, Operations & Technology (O&T), Strategy and Brands. You will lead and motivate cross-functional agile team by communicating your roadmap, writing product docs, prioritizing the backlog, and coordinating with internal teams.
What you will do:
- Serve as the Lead between O&T, Strategy, Brands and AP&O teams for attribute requirements and taxonomy communications
- Oversee and prioritize JIRA tickets for attribute creation and bug research
- Manage escalations through resolution
- Collaborate with O&T Development and Engineering teams, as well as outside vendors like Merkle and LiveRamp
- Lead on product development and research for 1st party data sourcing and attribute creation
- Manage creation and delivery of 1st Party data audiences to AP&O team for Ad Sales activation
- Manage taxonomy hierarchy, attribute descriptions and segment allocation
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the 1st Party Audience Products
- Build and maintain roadmap (annual and quarterly OKR and KPI) to ensure alignment and focus on resourcing, progress, and success
- Prioritize sprints, features, tech debt, and backlog
- Write product docs to share, discuss, and align on ideas
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product management roles, with experience owning the entire product lifecycle
- Strong experience with and understanding of audiences and data sourcing within digital entertainment industry
- Strong empathy for solving problems for customers
- Exceptional writing, analytics, and organizational skills
- Ability to speak fluently with business, marketing, design, data, product and engineering teams
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and familiarity with enterprise agile methodologies
Additional Requirements
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Monday and Friday virtual, Tuesday through Thursday on-site in our New York City office.

Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 + bonus eligible
