WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe TLS Rotary Strategy Lead will be responsible for execution of the overall TLS Rotary Wing Strategy. This will include the continued development and execution of the Black Hawk Training Strategy. This Strategy Lead will lead highly skilled Training, Logistics Information Systems and Support Equipment teams within the TLS Line of Business (LOB) and will provide the primary TLS interface with Sikorsky; Leadership, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Management, Sustainment Leadership and Internal/External Customers and partners. This position will have management responsibility of all TLS Rotary PMs supporting rotary strategic captures and support staff required to deliver all solutions related to program performance including program phases of development, production, sustainment, and strategy implementation.
THE WORKThe TLS Rotary Strategy Lead will:
• finalize the Black Hawk Training Strategy to include the full training product line to support the S-70i and H-60M Aircraft customers.
• lead and execute the training strategy to meet the business case commitments.
• evaluate opportunities to grow the Rotary Training Portfolio across all Sikorsky Air Craft Models.
• support the TLS technology roadmap while overseeing the program management of Rotary Specific IRAD investment.
• lead diverse teams in the development and execution of unique and comprehensive technical solutions that bring innovation and affordability to the customer.
• be directly responsible for interfacing with Sikorsky and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment between Sikorsky offerings and customer requirements and desires
• collaborates with the Sikorsky capture teams to shape, create, estimate, and propose innovative solutions, as it relates to TLS training and logistics scope of work, that will ultimately influence customer solicitations resulting in the company’s ability to propose and deliver differentiating offerings that increase win probabilities and add value
• drive teams to meet all contractual and technical commitments made to the programs while ensuring teams track Earned Value Management System Metrics, technical and staffing risks, cost, schedule, performance, baseline in documents, and key Technical Performance Measures (TPM).
• provide timely and accurate projections of resource requirements. Work closely with first- and second-line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinate with the Program Management Office (PMO) and first line managers on proposed staffing changes prior to changes.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience managing DoD programs and/or and cross functional projects
• Risk & Opportunity Management
• Domestic and International travel required (Approx. 20%)
• U.S. citizen that holds or ability to obtain Secret level U.S. Government security clearance
Desired Skills:• Successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans that drive business results along with planning for NBF and IRAD activities on an annual basis

• Helicopter Pilot or other military pilot
• Black Hawk experience (Pilot, Maintainer, Program Management, engineer etc)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
