Pay Range $140,000.00 Annually
The pay listed is the Salary or Hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
Job Objective:
The MAC Project Manager is responsible for providing and managing the Able/ABM crew required for office moves/projects, event set-ups, furniture installation and ancillary components, working with the Directors/Managers and IMF Representatives across the Portfolio to facilitate and guide the flow of information and the delivery process to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure move support, project support and event service programs are consistently, accurately and timely planned, managed, and executed.
- Supervise daily onsite operations and possess overall knowledge of the scope of work typical of Tenant Services team.
- Monitor EAM & EMS work order system and assign the work accordingly.
- Schedule and assign crew for daily Moves, Event setups, Project Support, and various reactive and service work requests.
- Ensure work orders are complete, current, and accurate with appropriate comments.
- Validate completion of work orders, perform QA/QC, and sign off on the paperwork.
- Understand and comply with internal process and procedures.
- Full understanding and knowledge of Able/ABM Services, services, and product portfolio.
- Understands Able/ABM Services and IMF performance objectives.
- Responsible for supervising client requests for moves/add/changes, communications, signage, and logistics.
- Knowledge of the construction and architectural concepts and principles.
- Perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Focus on goal and expectations of the client and customer.
- Administer established policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with the Director and the IMF relative to base and project work.

- Collaborate with Able/ABM Management Team to drive compliance, metrics, and outcomes ensuring all client KPI, SOW, and SLA requirements are met for Moves, Projects, Events and Work Orders

Job Specifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the related field; facilities management service industry
- Proven experience with project delivery as well as direct experience with moves, adds and changes, facilities management, event services and operations in a dynamic corporate environment is essential.
- Understanding and knowledge of architectural drawings
- Planning, coordination, and execution skills for all levels of projects
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with others team members and provider.
