Position Summary
This program is a 10-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.
The Summer 2025 program will run June 2nd - August 8th, 2025. Virtual onboarding activities will also take place May 28th -30th, 2025. (Dates subject to change)
This role is intended to be a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the following office location: Woonsocket RI. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. No housing or housing stipend will be provided, but interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired.
The hourly rate is $55 per hour with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday). Please disregard the range listed.

The Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel team defines, develops, and delivers new patient care programs that improve patient adherence to their medication, improve health outcomes and patient experience, and reduces costs to patients and healthcare payers. This team addresses some of the greatest emerging opportunities in healthcare such as COVID-19, patient-centered design, health equity and omnichannel access.
Examples of what you will work on:
• Participate in the development and implementation of a clinical patient care solution that will be delivered by the pharmacy team (pharmacy staff)
• Learn about solution definition, testing, and implementation of new products and services needed to support the future growth of the company
• Lead the assessment and planning for a new strategic service that incorporates the company's assets and delivery methods
• Scope, plan, and perform quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Understand and procure the required information to complete the analyses. Manage the delivery of timely, zero-defect analyses
• Support the CVS Health leadership team to develop a strategic perspective on existing and new retail pharmacy opportunities (e.g. high-potential products and services) including sizing and assessing markets, identifying risks/benefits of opportunities and recommending growth strategies

Required Qualifications
- Meet educational requirements (see education section)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional work experience ideally in a corporate or healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, tableau and excel
- Business experience including familiarity with building powerpoints for presentations, and project planning
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple workstreams of a project simultaneously
- Experience in budgeting, strategic planning in a healthcare setting
Education
- You should currently be pursuing an MBA, MPH, MHA, or MS Data Science
- Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026
