Overview
General Job Description:
- Support fellow employees through coaching, training, and encouragement
- Provide active involvement and interaction with Guests and employees to drive maximum satisfaction and to set a positive example.
- Resolve routine Guest service issues.
- Maintain a strong commitment to continually enhance knowledge.
- Communicate operational issues with the MOD
- Monitor supply and equipment usage
- Comply with safety standards and procedures
- Hold employees accountable to stated expectations and procedures
- Effectively manage employee breaks in your lot(s)
Payrate: $21.28 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

General Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a CSR or equivalent
- Demonstrated communication skills; both verbal and written
- No written counseling within the last six months for attendance or performance
- Flexibility to work additional shifts as required by the operation
- Remain approachable to customers and staff
- Problem-solving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeaner
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
