Description:We are Lockheed MartinWe are seeking a strategic communicator to lead executive communications and support for the Aeronautics president, reporting to and working closely with the Aeronautics Communications vice president. This individual will develop, maintain and execute an executive communications strategy, including internal and external communications, to advance the Aeronautics president's business priorities and position them as a global thought leader. This position requires taking a holistic view of the business and developing impactful, tailored messages to reach stakeholders around the globe. Responsibilities include day-to-day support across a variety of communications materials, such as strategies, speeches, talking points, video scripts, memos, organization announcements, webcasts, leader calls, media interviews and associated read-ahead materials.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Basic Qualifications:• Experience with executive writing, speechwriting and editing, including the use of AP Style.
• Experience in developing and executing integrated strategic communications plans to support key internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a variety of communications disciplines including executive/employee communications, marketing, media, or community relations.
• Ability to build both strategic and tactical plans that drive perceptions, deliver key messages and get results.
• Background utilizing a wide variety of communication channels, techniques and emerging technologies(Social Media).
• History cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and executive leadership.
• Due to the nature of the position, ability to occasionally work on off-Fridays, weekends, and holidays; travel required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
