Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Supply Chain Management (Operations Integrator). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. You will coordinate with, and provide reporting back to internal and external customers for the IFG program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of IFG procurement processes.
Must be a US Citizen, this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
• Experience in Excel & PowerPoint

Desired Skills:• Experienced communicator; in both written & verbal genres, are necessary, due to frequent interaction with Leadership & external customer(s),
• IFG Program experience, or direct experience in IFG Program supporting functions – Price/Cost Analysis, Material Estimating, Program Office, Contracts, Procurement, etc.
• Experience with Tableau

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
