About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Benefits Strategy Consultant to join the Employee Benefits & Recognition team within Total Rewards. This individual will partner with colleagues across the benefits and wellness teams to drive the benefits strategy for Wells Fargo benefit plans. This role is primarily U.S. focused, but with an eye towards certain strategic alignment globally to the extent applicable.
In this role, you will:- Lead complex healthcare initiatives designed to meet the needs of the firm and employees and act as key participant in large scale planning
- Focus on industry data and benchmarking, along with internal stakeholder feedback, to further drive the U.S. healthcare benefits strategy, including a focus on wellness and mental health
- Review and analyze complex larger-scale or longer-term healthcare benefit challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make recommendations and/or decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of Benefits functional area, policies, procedures or compliance requirements to meet business objectives
- Evaluate best in class solutions in the marketplace, perform due diligence including developing measure of success, and understand how those solutions fit within a highly complex benefit healthcare and wellness ecosystem
- Prepare management presentations, socialize messaging and changes to management and other key stakeholders, and participate in change management efforts including messaging for employee communications
- Represent Healthcare benefits programs in employee sessions and events, and participate in external panels or events.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Benefits experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Healthcare and/or wellness benefits strategy experience in a large, complex global organization
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience running Request for Information/Request for Proposals (RFI/RFPs) and evaluating marketplace solutions, including return on investment analysis and establishing measures of success criteria
- Strong experience developing partnerships, collaborating, and influencing across an enterprise
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
