About this role:The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office, is seeking a Fintech Solutions Lead to join its leadership team. The Fintech Solutions Lead will identify and assess vendor AI solution capabilities and applicability for CIB aligned to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, strong understanding of AI/GenAI products and implementation of fintech solutions.
In this role, you will:- Lead the fintech solution pipeline and assessment for CIB key strategic initiatives
- Build relationships and serve as liaison between fintech, VC/vendor organizations and CIB
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to assess fintech/vendor products and applicability to deliver on CIB strategic AI/GenAI priorities
- Manage the vendor product lifecycle from assessment and testing through onboarding and implementation
Required Qualifications:- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:- Managing Director or Director level experience
- Prior or existing Markets experience in an Investment Bank or Fintech industry
- Strong experience in Fintech Saas / AI solution execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
- Experience leading cross-functional teams on specific business strategies and programs
- Ability to create relationship breadth and depth, while navigating the regulatory, compliance and legal intricacies of working at a highly regulated organization.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to C-Level executives.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and communications skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas simply and clearly.
- Strong understanding of current industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to thinking.
- Strong understanding of navigating a complex and large global banking organization.
- Demonstrated experience around inclusivity in leading and the ability to bring along all key stakeholders into the strategy to ensure the business is operating within our risk framework.
- High energy with a passion for AI, innovation and developing strategic high-growth partnership models.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
