AMAC is seeking a meticulous and organized Microsoft Project Data Entry Administrator to support our Operations Manager with project data management and documentation. This role will focus on maintaining accurate, up-to-date project information, tracking resources, and updating key milestones in Microsoft Project to ensure our projects run smoothly and are well-documented. The Project Administrator will be essential in helping to keep our project schedules and data structured, supporting efficient cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft Project software by updating and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Ensure data accuracy and order within project documentation, monitoring timelines and providing timely updates to the Operations Manager.
- Generate and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders, identifying and addressing discrepancies in scheduling or resource availability.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to support project planning by providing data-backed insights and maintaining consistent project documentation.
- Identify potential risks or conflicts related to scheduling or resource allocation and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for project-related data inquiries, promoting a high level of information accuracy across teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
- Experience in project administration or data management, with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a proactive approach to solving project-related issues.
- Background in manufacturing or a similar industry is advantageous but not required.
