Program Overview:
Inviso’s Microsoft Consulting Group is launching a new initiative to provide data-driven insights into cloud service utilization, empowering Microsoft customers and partners to make informed decisions about technology purchasing and strategic planning.
About the Role:
As a consultant, you will be integral to a pioneering initiative designed to transform customer engagement using telemetry-informed insights. You will deliver tailored, strategic solutions that enable clients to anticipate customer needs, optimize their journey, and enhance their technology adoption
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze and map customer journeys, identifying telemetry markers that signal when a customer might require additional support, show signs of risk, or indicate growth potential.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data through multiple lenses, to uncover opportunities for engagement, and provide insights that address specific customer needs.
- Consulting and Recommendations: Deliver insights and recommendations to users based on data-informed models that assess maturity, stability, and commitment to the technology.
- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with partner teams to drive the adoption and expansion of the program.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Customer Engagement: 5+ years proven expertise in customer-facing consultancy roles, with a strong background in Microsoft solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple customer engagements and tracking their progress with minimal supervision.
- Partnership Orientation: Ability to collaborate effectively with Microsoft field sellers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive project adoption and success.
- Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of key Azure services and solutions, including:
- Azure platform capabilities
- SAP on Azure
- High-Performance Computing (HPC)
- Azure Virtual Machine (VM) Services
- Azure Security and Compliance frameworks
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices
Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is between $80,000 up to $85,000 annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso’s differing lines of business. In addition to the base pay, Inviso provides access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and an annual training allowance among other benefits.
