The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Fabric, data integration, and Power BI dashboard creation. You will be responsible for pulling in M365 data as well as other non-M365 data sets from various tools, and guiding us in the effective use of Power BI to create insightful workforce analysis and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric to integrate M365 data and other non-M365 data sets from various tools.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their workforce analysis needs and requirements.
- Develop initial set of Power BI dashboards to present workforce data in a meaningful and actionable manner.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on the effective use of Power BI for workforce analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data integration or dashboard-related issues.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Familiarity with M365 data sources and other common data sets used in workforce analysis
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.05/hour - $46.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
