Overview
We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our Industrial team at the Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman levels. We are looking for individuals who possess a background with 2-years minimum experience in electrical and control systems. Experience with water and waste-water type projects is preferred, though we will consider all candidates. This role involves working on various Industrial projects, ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are completed safely and efficiently. Electricians will be responsible for adhering to the National Electrical Code (NEC), Specifications, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and instrumentation in accordance with NEC standards and city specification.
- Hands-on installation of electrical gear, conduit, conductors, and instrumentation / control devices will be required.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Employees to provide their own hand tools. The company will provide large and specialty tools.
- Conduct tests using a megohmmeter, phase rotation meter, process meter, and voltmeter to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot power and control issues and perform necessary repairs on industrial facilities.
- Work with both high voltage and low voltage systems as required by specific projects.
- Collaborate with our general contractors to complete the installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols.
- Electrical installations during all phases of construction from underground to final trim-out.
Skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams related to electrical systems.
- Preferred knowledge of electrical theory and practices, including NEC regulations and the ability to troubleshoot control circuits.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team on industrial projects.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Excellent workmanship is our standard.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge and experience with VFD's, PLC's, and automation / instrumentation & control components is required for Foreman level.
Other Pertinent Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work across the metro area during the regular work week - Monday thru Friday. Occasional Saturday work may be required for shutdowns.
- Preemployment drug test screening will be required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineered plan set / blueprint drawings.
- Candidates with the ability to occasionally work out of town Mon-Thurs are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in the English language

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
