PURPOSE:
Responsible for planning and executing change management for technical and/or non-technical projects. Focuses on changes to technology, business processes, corporate/market initiatives and/or organizational structures. Identifies project risks and creates mitigation strategies. Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Ability to develop communication, change management and/or training plans, materials and oversee or monitor the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Drives and identifies organization change requirements, including completion of change management and impact assessments. Assesses change management needs of internal and external stakeholders for assigned projects, working with program and project teams to roll out changes to stakeholders in a structured way with regard to the transition from one technology or business process to another.
- Partners with program leadership and project implementation teams to align on direction, strategy and business objectives to achieve business goals through successful engagement of stakeholders to facilitate adoption of technical and business solutions and organizational change.
- Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized change management presentations to executive, leaders, Plans, program and project teams. Ability to advise, counsel and coach leadership and front-line managers on active and visible sponsorship and help drive understanding of sponsorship importance to effect change. Influence and advise executives on organizational change and organizational effectiveness issues.
- Ensure deliverables are robust, meet program and project needs and are delivered against deadlines. Supports the development of change management skills across the organization; provides mentoring and guidance on the application of change management best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 8 years business, communications and/or organizational change management experience.
Licenses/Certifications Preferred: Certified Change Management Professional.

- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
Salary Range: $93,744 - $186,186
