Ensure consistency across the portfolio while conducting site surveys, solutions, and communicating with client. Analyze and report findings obtained from site walks and RFP documents.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct Quality Control Inspections and document in various smart phone apps.
- Oversee and ensure Compliance
- Interact with client on the Client, Account manager, project manager, and admin team
- Maintain Inspection Surveys
- Provide client with completed site surveys through dashboard
- Compile and present account manager with various site survey findings
Minimum Requirements:
- GED or High school diploma required
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Ability to interact with all level of organizations
- Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills
- High energy level and enthusiastic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with having flexible hours
- Comfortable traveling regularly up to 90% locally and nationally
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines; self-directed
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to handle multi-faceted jobs with completing normal duties
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in multiple environments including on ladders, roofs, confined spaces, with lots of time on your feet.
- Strong technical skills in one or more of the following: HVAC, Refrigeration, Lighting, Low Voltage electric.
- Light Handyman type duties at times.
- Maintain equipment, vehicle, technology
- Administrative duties: Expense reports, estimates, training, email communications internally and externally
