Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Utilize office equipment including computers, printers, and phone systems
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in construction indistry is a plus
