Key responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks of the company
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Schedule appointments and coordinate events
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Conduct research and compile data as necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
