Essential Job Functions

Provide support to Outreach providers.
Process postal services.
Maintain database of district information.
Receive and file processed invoices.
Assist Outreach staff to organize workshops and conferences, including contract payments, registration, budget tracking, and more.
Prepare workshop cost reports after each workshop, training, or conference.
Assist with general purchases.
Receive and coordinate mail and telephone communications.
Submit requisitions for purchases.
Take notes for various meetings.
Duplicate and disseminate materials.
Organize and maintain files as needed.
Assist with special projects.
Attend work regularly in accordance with TSBVI leave policy.
Comply with all applicable security and safety rules, regulations, and standards.
Performs related work as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent.
Two years full-time general administrative support or closely related experience; may substitute 60 credit hours (two years) from an accredited college or university for required experience.
Expertise in using database and spreadsheet applications.
Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
Competent with Google Suite.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent team player.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, pay strong attention to detail, problem solve.
