- Post and apply multi-currency customer receipts to customer accounts daily, investigate and resolve customer allocation queries in a timely manner
- Meet tight deadlines while managing a high volume of payment postings with accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct through analysis to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
- Resolve cash posting issues working cross functionally to resolve any issues
- Attention to detail with an ability to work in an environment where compliance with processes, procedures & SLA’s is paramount
- Documentation and maintenance of team processes and procedures
- Managing a shared mailbox, receiving a wide variety of requests and queries

- Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service
- Participate in adhoc projects.
Skills/Experience
- Educated to third level business qualification not required, but beneficial
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data sorting/filtering
- Proven experience as a Cash Allocation Specialist or similar role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume payment posting environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve payment discrepancies and balance-related issues
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in an organized manner
- Ability to handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure, prioritizing workload to meet strict deadlines
- Be a self-starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious
- The energy, passion and drive to make it happen
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to changing priorities
