Role Summary:

Provide frontline support for end-users on the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, including sales agents and order management agents
Investigate, triage, and resolve user-reported issues related to Sales Cloud features, workflows, and data accuracy
Assist with user inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide guidance on system navigation and functionality

Key Skills:

Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Knowledge/Experience in Comms Cloud would be a plus
Must have Salesforce Admin certification
Experience in typical business flow from Lead to Order (SFA + CPQ + OM)
Effective communication and customer service abilities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
