Position: Amazon Creative Services Manager

Reports to: Chief Brand Officer
Role
The Amazon Creative Services Supervisor will lead the ACS team with the day to day operations and activities of our creative services department. To include but is not limited to partner interfacing, servicing partner requests, prioritizing current workload, and project management of optimized content for Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. Also responsible for reporting on conversion rate trends for all partner projects.
Responsibilities
- Leads the day to day partner interactions & attends weekly partner calls
- Provides support on all partner requests & coordinates feedback to team
- Leads both the copy & design team in task prioritization and project management
- Leads photographer/videographer in coordinating product shoots in order of priority
- Leads partner-facing meetings to kick off projects or answer questions
- Tracks internal ACS performance in KPI document
- Coordinates upload & conversion rate tracking requests with ACS data specialist
- Provide custom project quotes & listing best practices for potential partners
- Review & provide detailed feedback on team’s graphics & copy to improve quality
- Leads internal touch base meetings with team
- Organize partner assets & specific requests on the Drive for team’s access
- Report optimized ASIN selling performance at interval marks with partners
- Report to partners regarding Amazon split testing MYE results & tracking
- Perform annual team member performance reviews

- Transition into management role and provide continued team leadership

Requirements (What are the required skills, abilities and knowledge the person must have)
- Previous Seller Central experience (1-2 years)
- Familiar with Seller Support and best practices for successful case resolution
- Familiar with best practices for detail page optimization
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Willingness to be partner facing and attend weekly partner calls
- Ability to be flexible in a customer service based environment and shift priorities as necessary
- Highly organized with a strong drive for efficiency and achieving results
- Demonstrates a strong creative vision and possesses an innate passion for marketing
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Preferred but not required
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central platforms
- Familiar with Helium 10 / DataDive
- Familiar with Split Testing, SEO, creating listings, and uploading content
- Previous Visual Merchandising experience is helpful but not required
- Loves meeting new partners and finds joy in wowing them with best in class work
- Understands SC business reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
