Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of information technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the information technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Coordinate day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Coordinate aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, and monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). Develop project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Lead and guide the work of technical staff, including performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, monitoring the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback, and providing leadership and support for information technology project delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:
- Participating in software advisory and implementation services for clients in the marketing transformation domain for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Financial Services, and Life Sciences and Healthcare industries;
- Participating in all phases of Agile and Hybrid Agile project delivery and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing marketing, advertising, and analytics technology systems, using Salesforce, Adobe, and Google for enterprise-level clients;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing primary and secondary research methods, including stakeholder interviews, persona and journey development tools, prioritization scorecards, program strategy frameworks for future initiatives derivation, and design thinking tools to develop future product states;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing Strategy and Agile Scrum for requirements management and future state epics and user stories, using Atlassian Jira and Confluence;
- Tracking and reporting project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing reporting templates, Kanban boards, burn-down charts for development team velocity management, Jira, and Confluence;
- Coordinating project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Jira, Workfront, Slack, and Zoom, and establishing Agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming; and
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Change Management, scoping communication, stakeholder management, and training components.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $155,542.00 - $241,000.00.
