About This Job: We're looking for experienced AC, air conditioning, heating, hvac TECHNICIANS. We provide great pay, bonuses, and benefits along with a great work/life balance.
Primary Job Function: Repair, service, and maintain AC and heating equipment and restore comfort to our customers. Be able to deliver a great experience to our customers while maintaining quality and integrity.
Our Service Territory: includes the cities of North Dallas, Carrollton, Coppell, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper, Plano, Frisco, Allen, and McKinney.
Work Hours: 40+ hrs per week.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1+ years minimum hands-on HVAC experience (HVAC trade school is a plus, but does not substitute for practical experience).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass drug and background screens
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Have EPA certification (preferable)
- Organized with good follow-through abilities
- English language communication skills
- Ability to understand technical instruction and follow directions given, written and verbal
- Arrive on time daily
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
