Fulfillment America (FAI) is a performance driven marketing service company with corporate offices and production facilities located in Billerica Massachusetts. Founded in 1992, FAI provides a broad range of fulfillment services to national and international companies. These services include the ecommerce B2C and B2B fulfillment, literature, POP and other collateral materials, print-on-demand, inbound 800 services, kit assembly, pick and pack, warehousing, and logistics.
FAI is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Representative to join our growing team!
The Client Service Representative will work with our Client Services Team to assist and offer additional support with tasks as needed that help us in meet the daily expectations of our national client base. The ideal candidate enjoys learning in a fast pace environment, interacting and working with others and sees this as an opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization. This position is a great opportunity to work with some large national corporations.
Following an initial onboarding and training period, the CSR role is hybrid allowing for 4 days on-site and 1 day off-site, with the opportunity for additional off-site work days depending on department availability.This position is not_ located in a call center and does not involve making cold calls._
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following instructions and learning the needs and expectations of our clients.
- Build relationships and trust with our customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Able to place orders for a client the would go to production
- Answering emails and phone calls from clients.
- Performs other related duties as required

EXPERIENCE
- Prior customer service experience: 1-2 years minimum required
- College Education preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
- Experience with Windows computers required
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel required.
- Some experience working with Salesforce
- Basic math skills

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
