PipeDrive CRM Manager

As a CRM Database Manager, you will play a vital role in the development and evaluation of our CRM Software (LeadTrac). Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness in supporting customer nurturing and communication strategies.
This position requires strong multi-tasking skills, the ability to make quick decisions ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness in supporting customer nurturing and communication strategies. The individual will also play a key role in integrating marketing automation tools to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer engagement.

General Responsibilities & Job Duties:
- Maintain and manage the Leadtrac CRM database to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and optimization for customer nurturing and communication.
- Implement strategies for data segmentation, ensuring that the CRM is structured for effective marketing and sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate automation tools, streamlining workflows, and improving customer journey processes.
- Ensure data compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Monitor and assess the performance of the CRM, identifying areas for enhancement and recommending solutions for improvements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the effective use of the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align database management with marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimized campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the CRM system, liaising with external vendors when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Note: This is a non-management position and it is not a job that can be done remotely.
Competencies Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PipeDrive Manager or similar role, with a focus on database maintenance and optimization.
- Experience with Leadtrac CRM or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data integrity practices, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in CRM integration with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
Work Experience - Preferred:
- Experience in marketing automation and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database management languages.
- Certifications related to Pidedrive CRM management or database administration.
Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation:
The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.
Starting pay for this role ranges from $28.00 - $32.00
