Genesis Inc. is currently seeking full-time and part-time (Winter - Seasonal) FedEx Ground drivers who are looking to join a top-tier transportation logistics company.
SKILLED DRIVERS WANTED!! Parcel delivery history is NOT required, but some kind of delivery service experience or commercial driving history is preferred (food delivery, Uber, etc.).
Genesis, Inc. focuses on employee's well-being, and uses a 3 - 4 day work schedule per week, so that drivers have a proper work-life balance. This is very important to our team, so drivers are only required to work about half of the week on set schedule.
Our drivers make a high daily wage of $300 per day, after the training period is completed. (Genesis runs 7 days a week, and drivers can expect to work their 3 - 4 work days consecutively (Example: Sunday - Tuesday, or Wednesday - Saturday.) Training pay is $125 a day.
Drivers are responsible for safe and timely handling and delivery of packages to businesses and residential areas on their route. Drivers enjoy independence on the road and develop a rewarding and enjoyable work-day incorporating customer service, road safety and driving skills.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.
- Completion of all assigned delivery and pickup stops for the day.
- Proper usage of hand held device to record all activity for the day.
- Maintain security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.
- Ability to lift, bend, carry & load packages as well as follow directions and turn by turn maps.
- Friendly to customers & team members.
Delivery Driver Benefits:
- Daily pay of $300 after training period is complete.

Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- At least 12 months of commercial driving experience in the last 3 years is preferred. (examples: pizza delivery, mail delivery, parcel delivery, real estate, home healthcare, etc.) A CDL is not required.
- Must be able to pass DOT physical as well as a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Qualified individuals without experience will be considered for training programs.
- Good physical condition / ability to move, carry, & deliver a high number of small to large/heavy packages for an entire workday.
