About the Systems and Support Administrator:
The Systems and Support Administrator (SSA) is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of hardware, and software at Donor Network of Arizona.
This position has a foundational responsibility for end user support needs across the entire organization, collaborating with other team members in supporting end users, resolving issues, and tracking within the IT Helpdesk system. Software applications may be in-house, custom or vendor supplied and will require an elevated level of understanding. Supports users and equipment in multiple locations and may require travel and/or work outside of standard business hours.
Collaborates with other IT staff to complete special projects, including coordinating upgrades and technology roll outs.
This position demands a combination of technical expertise, critical thinking skills, and proactive management. Key role in all IT-related matters and solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Works to support a 24 x 7 organization, including after-hours emergency calls, on-site emergency support, and will participate in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications :
- HS Diploma with equivalent/relevant IT and industry experience. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of End User support experience. (5 years preferred)
- Minimum Field of Expertise: MS Exchange, MS Windows Servers, Office Suite, End User Hardware, IT Support tools, Mobile use support/technologies
