Job Summary
A great opportunity for “Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business System Analyst (BSA)” to be a part of our dynamic team with client. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst, you will work with client applications process owners to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing recommendations for process improvements. You will partner closely with India Development Center Team to design and configure solutions that meet the business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Day to day support, enhancements, and projects across the Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing applications
- Conduct routine governance calls with business and IT partners
- Provide support during US working hours with a solid functional expertise of the Sales/Services/Marketing/PRM sector.
- Manage monthly releases for Sales & Marketing business (Release management planning, testing strategy and deployment of critical components)
- Lead and analyse key marketing & sales business requirements, design a solution using appropriate architectural techniques and standards (Power Platform best practices and minimize customizations)
- Work on proof-of-concepts to assess the viability of any new business requirements.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years Dynamics CRM D365 Techno-Functional experience
- Experience working as functional consultant in minimum 1-2 Dynamics Sales implementations
- Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, and Marketing
- Ability to configure OOB features in CRM· Ability to translate business problems to functional requirements
- Ability to make fit gap analysis
- Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases
- Knowledge on Power platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, CRM Integrations, best practices, and DevOps
- Demonstration skills to explain the functional approach to technical team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
