Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / CNC Operators. This role is for custom cabinet making, millwork, joinery, delivery & install using CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet making, CNC operation, and familiarity with KCD software. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate cabinetry and components according to specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain equipment and work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for project completion.
- Use KCD or similar software for design modifications and project planning.
- Transporting cabinetry to finisher and delivery site
- Cabinet installation in some cases
Skills
- Proficient in operating CNC machines, including Raptor XPR.
- Experience with edge banding, shaping machines, and other woodworking tools.
- Strong understanding of materials handling techniques within a manufacturing facility.
- Familiarity with KCD for design purposes is a must.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments for quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
