That’s why we need you, a Schedule Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll conduct program analysis functions, including developing program schedules, creating risk assessments, and monitoring vendor’s schedule performance in support of a military Acquisition Program Management Office. You’ll work with program leadership to monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of Air Force programs, using tools like Microsoft Project and RiskyProject. The real power of project management comes from communication, to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.
You will monitor and report performance against baseline project plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met, including making recommendations for schedule performance improvement and risk avoidance to program leadership. You will analyze plans and requirements, perform in-depth studies to determine optimum scheduling models and analyze program budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with building, managing, and analyzing program Integrated Master Schedules and related metrics
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Project
1+ years of experience with building Program Roadmap visuals
Experience with DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by programs
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience working on cross-functional teams
Experience with OnePager Pro and Milestone Professional
Knowledge of USAF acquisitions
Top-Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Scrum Master or PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
