Overview
Must be highly efficient in executing the vision of the Quality Assurance Program and ensuring requirements of the ABM Quality Standards are being met across all client locations. Develop strong relationships with Local, Regional and Corporate clients as well as local and internal operational management teams. Ensure operational processes and procedures are being executed and initiating corrections to all non-compliance observations. Frequent travel required within domestic U.S. as well as work outside of normal business days and hours. Must be able to respond to emergencies, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Essential Duties:
- Conduct Quality Assurance audits in compliance with contractual specifications and customer’s expectations. Identify and implement corrective actions with applicable market ownership.
- Conduct field training and coaching, to ensure that all direct labor staff are fully trained and adhering to the Quality Control program. This includes aircraft cleaning training, and all facility maintenance functions. In addition, develop and implement a Quality Assurance corrective plan-of-action, to guide and assist managers in achieving high quality performing accounts, to meet and/or exceed the work scope, cleaning Industry Standards, Client standards and Regulatory requirements.
- Leverage technology and visual aids to help facilitate and assimilate staff to the training materials. Conduct training across all shifts and in different settings to include work sites, classroom settings, mobile crews and as assigned.
- Conduct Safety Incident investigation events
- Identify root cause issues specific to performance/accident investigations and execute formal corrective action tasks
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Push, pull, bend, reach, or crawl as needed to operate standard janitorial and aircraft cleaning equipment and procedural execution
- Ability to work in restricted, minimal spaces
- Works jointly with company leadership across all markets to achieve common goals and client demands
- Supports market leaders to achieve ABM and Client goals
- Capability of supporting short-term projects in the field requiring extended stays
- Host virtual and on-site meetings specific to core duties and objectives
- Position duties may be modified at any time
Education / Training
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred but not required.
- Aircraft Service Training (above or below wing) is preferred but not required.
Reporting
- Reports to ABM Director of Operations
Market Territory Responsibility
- Supports airline client operations for multiple markets across the U.S. at the direction of the Director of Operations
- Frequent travel required
Job Knowledge / Experience
- Previous aircraft cabin services or janitorial experience is required. Previous leadership and professional experience strongly desired.
License(s)
- Clean and Valid State driver’s license.
- Ability to gain airport badge credentials across multiple airports
Language / Communication Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and speak English. Spanish literacy skills desired but not required. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Writing Skills
- Must be able to write basic business documents in English.
- Construct formal reports, business correspondence, and training material
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other business software
