Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering Management or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with project and construction management.
- 2 years of experience managing multi-group/multi-disciplinary projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with mission critical equipment/environments, including electrical switch gear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
- Experience gathering requirements, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and knowledge of fast track design build processes and associated documents and agreements.
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
- Understanding of start up and commissioning processes.
- Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.

As a Construction Program Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the development and operation of our data centers. You will partner with our local/regional facility managers, plant engineers, and Design and Construction teams to develop creative and scalable solutions. You'll provide leadership and management for the team delivering data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will manage complex schedules, budgets, and broad inter-dependencies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple data center projects from inception through to completion, including all aspects of the program, concept and design development, schedule, and budget management.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs while maintaining responsibility from construction to deployment.
- Resolve critical issues within the matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs while engaging with customers, cross-functional partners, and other internal organizations. Communicate project information and updates to leadership appropriately.
- Work separately on difficult construction issues requiring analysis and evaluation of business situations.
