```Duties```
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers and local. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Must have 2 years of sales representative.
- Must have heavy Duty Truck Trailer Parts experience.
- Technical sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record in outside sales or account management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $47,916.00 - $150,000.00 per year
