Expand your leadership experience and join a small, close-knit team that is supporting an essential mission for our customer on the Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) USMC and Force Level (FL) programs. The Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems team brings the power of integrated information technology to air warfare in support of the TBMCS programs. The TBMCS warfighting system integrates a suite of C2 applications, and a full range of air mission functions, sensor data and intelligence gathering, and automates many elements that comprise the planning and execution phases for theater air operations.
Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems’ C4ISR team is looking for a proven and experienced lead systems administrator and lab manager to support the TBMCS USMC and FL programs.
THE WORK
In this important role, you will be:
• Leading a team of 3 Systems Administrators to support the development, integration, and test of multiple concurrent software releases across the TBMCS USMC and FL programs
• Provide help desk support, as needed
• Training and leading a team in daily operations of Classified Lab Operations, to include full system installations of infrastructure and interfaces, security packs, and maintenance releases
• Responsible for daily lab operations to include: security audits, inventory management, and supporting system accreditation
• An expert in Operating System Installations, Configurations, COTS integration, hardware technology, and establishing and maintaining software development environments

Basic Qualifications:• Demonstrated Proficiency with Solaris/Unix and Windows Systems Administration
• Advanced understanding of systems administration tasks (e.g. software and hardware installation and maintenance, file management, system troubleshooting, system accreditation support, and system configurations)
• Demonstrate technical competency in IP network-related subject areas for a small scale network
• Ability to effectively communicate on detailed technical topics with senior engineers, internal/external stakeholders and customers
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Proficiency with VMWare and other virtualization platforms
• Proficiency with using/troubleshooting in scripting Languages (PowerShell, Batch, Bash, Korn Shell)
• Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems (Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2022)
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:• Prior experience with the TBMCS System
• Prior lead systems administration and/or lab manager experience
• Familiarity with MS Active Directory / DNS
• Familiarity with MS Exchange Server
• Familiarity with Oracle Database or Oracle WebLogic Server
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity tools and/or concepts (STIGs,POAMs)
• Familiarity with Atlassian Toolset, JIRA, Confluence, GitLab
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity daily operations to include security audits, inventory management and supporting system accreditation
• Knowledge of Cisco switches and switching technology for small scale network operations
• Experience FrameMaker or other documentation development software
• Experience with GCCS 6.x, AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS, or other interface configuration
• Security+ Certification

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $95,900 - $183,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
