About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Reporting Analytics Leader/Lead Business Execution Consultant on our Internal Audit Committee & External Reporting team to perform activities associated with executive leadership and committee reporting. These activities include preparing and validating audit and issue data and messaging for our Audit Committee reporting, Business Group/Enterprise Function reporting, related dashboards, and metrics distributed to the Operating Committee and to the Board.
In this role, you will:- Extract and validate data from the audit and enterprise systems of record (e.g., Veritas reporting tools), to be used in Committee and board reporting.
- Execute existing reporting processes to deliver reporting timely and with quality.
- Analyze existing and new reporting requirements or enhance/develop processes to meet reporting objectives. Examples of activities may include:
- Developing new reporting focused on audit plan and issue management, as well as Key enterprise risks, to be presented to various Committees or executive stakeholders;
- Assessing impacts of system changes to current reporting processes.
- Work with various levels, including audit leadership, to vet changes to existing reporting or obtain buy-in for new reporting.
- Utilize knowledge of Wells Fargo's lines of business and Wells Fargo Internal Audit to compose key messages for Business Group/Enterprise Function, Audit Committee, and other executive reporting.
- Document procedures to support reporting processes.
- Support preparation and validation of deliverables in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment that requires a high degree of attention to detail
- Ensure documentation and reporting are ready for review by managers and more experienced managers
- Demonstrate credible challenge
- Evaluate and provide appropriate solutions for complex problems
- Develop and maintain excellent business relationships within Internal Audit
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Audit, Risk management, or Committee Reporting or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Strong reporting experience with ability to extract data via Excel and/or Tableau.
- Enterprise systems of record experience, such as Veritas and/or other reporting tools
- Experience preparing, validating, and interpreting data.
- Experience with PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience at a financial institution or accounting firm.
- A BS/BA degree or higher.
- Understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of audit methodologies and tools that support audit processes.
- Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
