DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Hybrid Health, Safety, and Environment Risk Support Practitioner to join our team for our Corporate Unit in the US.
Job Summary:
Provide hands-on support to sites across the region to achieve health, safety, environmental, and sustainability objectives. Leads best practice sharing. Contributes to standardized solutions for common problems to improve health, safety, environmental, and sustainability risk reduction and proficiency across the region to support and maintain the global strategy.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Implement health, safety, and environmental programs to meet regional objectives.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement in policies and procedures.
- Coach sites on hazard and risk controls through procedures, engineering controls, and education.
- Solve non-routine health, safety, and sustainability problems while standardizing best practices.
- Lead or participate in regional audits to ensure compliance and preparedness.
- Mentor local site resources, fostering growth and professional development.
- Support severe incident investigations and ensure reporting obligations are met.
- Manage and evaluate regional suppliers and consultants to enhance program effectiveness.

Health and Safety and/or Environmental degree preferred. Experience: Significant relevant HSE experience required. 5-7 years of experience. Previous experience working across various countries within the region preferred. Progress toward professional certification, preferred.
