Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce to manage sales data and enhance customer relationship management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in analytics and operations management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of analytics principles.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong background in business analysis with the ability to assess operational needs effectively.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly.
