What are the Key Responsibilities:
- Provides ongoing customer support with claims and enrollment.
- Apprises Marketing & Sales team of ongoing service issues and potential problems that could affect the group renewal
- Works in conjunction with the group Account Coordinator to see that any and all issues, procedures, policies and mandates are resolved and communicated in a timely manner
- Maintains a positive professional relationship with the group and all of their employees.
- Daily activities vary from doing claims and benefits education and/or resolution to modifying the group
- Develop reports and tracking systems for both the account and sales team to analyze and assimilate in an effort to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- May conduct Open Enrollment Meetings, from time to timeProvide needed educational materials such as Newsletters pertaining to group benefits.
What is Required:
- 3+ years’ work experience in customer service, marketing or sales, preferably in the health care or health insurance industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Strong collaborative skills with the proven ability to build positive professional relationships with both internal & external partnersDemonstrated ability to organize and address complex business issues by utilizing strong problem solving skills.
What is Preferred:
- Experience in the servicing and/or administrative functions of group health programs
- Work independently in setting priorities and following through on problem resolution.

General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Hourly Pay Range: $23 - $28/hr within a full hourly pay range of $23 - $37/hr
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
