Job Summary
Republic Educational Services, a division of Republic Health Resources, is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Salem, OR. As an SLP, you will work collaboratively with school leadership, students, parents, teachers, and support staff to help students achieve their highest potential in communication and overall success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in areas such as articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Maintain accurate records, including progress notes and IEP documentation.
- Offer training and resources to educators and families to support student communication goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Oregon licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting or with children is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
