Contracts Manager
The Opportunity:
Leverage your experience in contracts management and join the Booz Allen Health Contracts Team where you’ll be a trusted business advisor and partner in a growing account focused on solving some of the nation's most critic missions with cutting-edge solutions that meet the future head-on. You will lead a diverse portfolio of contracts, centered on supporting the United States Department of Health and Human Services, with requirements which range from professional consulting services to leading edge information technology. Act as the primary interface with Government and Industry Clients as you work closely with expert teams across Booz Allen’s enterprise organization, to include business development, legal, pricing and global supply, where collective ingenuity is mastered to provide advice and support to program management teams and senior leaders.
In this role, you will support all phases of the acquisition lifecycle where your expertise in contracts management will serve as the catalyst to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. Your knowledge will be applied to strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiation, and contract management. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will become a true business partner with a direct line to the account leadership as decisions are made. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates on the Health Contracts Team with opportunities to mentor and guide staff. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with contract pre-proposal efforts, RFP or RFQ support, proposal support and submission, and contract execution
- Experience working directly with industry and government procurement officials.
- Experience supporting program management teams and senior leaders
- Ability to interpret federal regulations including the FAR
- Ability to manage multiple critical internal and external deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with contract administration, or 9+ years of experience in contract administration in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting Information Technology Contracts
- Experience with civilian agencies and their regulatory supplements
- Experience with Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price and Time and Material type contracts.
- Experience with managing organizational conflict of interests
- Ability to consult with teams on intellectual property protection, organizational conflicts of interest, and sensitive data protection

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
