Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Internal Communications and Public Relations teams by delivering high-quality written materials, designing visually impactful PowerPoint presentations, and customizing and disseminating weekly newsletters. Responsibilities also include managing regional intranet content, tracking, and reporting team initiatives, and overseeing ordering processes. The position involves regular interaction with senior executives and requires strong project leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and the ability to set and manage work priorities independently. The role also necessitates collaboration across teams and functions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Drafts/edits, and proofreads communications materials, including press materials, internal articles, reports, and other key documents
- Ensures all written content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic goals.
- Tracks activities and press clips and compiles daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Monitors traditional and social media channels for relevant news, trends, and updates, and shares timely information with key stakeholders.
- Works with outside vendors to support team needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keeps communications fresh, creative, engaging and impactful.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion on significant matters. Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Demonstrates consistent reliability with punctual attendance. Adapts to variable schedules, including nights and weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Assists with additional projects and tasks as assigned to support team goals.
