Guided Care seeks an ABA Credentialing Specialist, who has expertise in navigating the complexities of ABA business operations, including credentialing and compliance with managed care payers and state Medicaid programs.
Responsibilities
Credentialing – Oversee the credentialing process for individual therapists under ABA entities, including set up of CAQH accounts for RBTs and BCBAs, and managing documentation submissions.
Medicaid Registration – Facilitate the registration of ABA entities and therapists with various state Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements and timely reimbursement.
Compliance – Maintain knowledge of numerous state-specific regulations and licensure requirements for ABA entities and providers.
Skills
- Requirements: Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and prioritize client relations. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and initiative within a team setting.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience, 3+ years of experience preferred.**
