Description:We are seeking a Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager to join our Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team in Archbald, PA.This position will service as the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Multi-Functional Quality Associate Manager responsible for managing the Quality Test Technicians and the Electrical and Mechanical Calibration Lab Inspectors.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for employee recruitment including employee selection, training, performance feedback, incentives, rewards, discipline and career development; engineering/production assignments including quoting, capacity analysis, manpower review and schedule considerations; attendance and labor approval; budget control; capital planning and various other aspects in support of the Quality organization.
Another role of this position will be the lead Corrective Action Board (CAB) facilitator for various program and functions, which requires data preparation, analysis, meeting facilitation and follow-up.
Quality Leadership responsibilities include Corrective Action Coordinator for Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Process Line Verifications (PLVs), Production and Test Readiness Reviews (PRRs/TRRs), Hardware Quality Assessments (HQAs), Program Status Reviews (PSRs)/Corrective Action Boards (CABs), review/analyze/report on quality metrics, non-conformance resolution, responsible for the recall and calibration systems and coordinating/performing calibrations internally and with vendors, support both internal and external audits and interfacing with the Customer and DCMA.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, etc.) with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• Experience with standard Calibration System Software (e.g. IndySoft or Global Recall)
• Experience working in various test technician, test engineering, metrology, calibration areas and/or previous engineering experience
• Experience with root cause analysis and evaluations.
• Experience with reviewing/analyzing various data sources and making data-driven decisions (e.g. manpower, capacity planning, schedule, metrics)
• Must be able to read blueprint, work instructions and interpret engineering drawing and test requirements
• Demonstrates strong understanding of electrical/electronic testing and philosophies, troubleshooting techniques and high power testing
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with both internal and external customers
• Experience working successfully in a team environment and/or interacting with Customers/DCMA
• Must be able to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required
• Must be able to pass visual acuity and color perception exam
• Must be able to obtain a Government Secret security clearance
• US Citizen
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001 and NQA-1/10CFR50 Appendix B and/or auditing experience with these standards
• Experience with data applications/reporting (e.g. Tableau)
• Experience in Quality, Engineering or Production Operations or previous leadership experience
• Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) and disposition of nonconformances
• Experience writing technical reports
• Certified Green Belt or experience with lean manufacturing
• Demonstrated computer skills areas of LM tools including SAP, Apriso, Command Media, PAL and Windchill

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
