Position Summary:
The Amazon Advertising Manager leads the advertising function, focusing on developing advertising strategies that achieve great results for a multitude of clients. They supervise and mentor the staff of Advertising/PPC Specialists as well as handle all Amazon ad types and campaigns. This position is key in helping clients increase value.
Essential Functions:
· Generate growth for client brands on Amazon
· Build all Amazon ad types including: SP, SB, SB Video, SD, SD Video
· Develop advertising strategies for a multitude of clients
· Deploy and gain exceptional results for SB with Creative, SB Video, SD w/ Creative, and SD Video
· Develop campaign architecture
· Assist with a variety of advertising troubleshooting issues that may arise
· Mentor, develop, and engage Advertising and PPC team members
· Train PPC Specialists on basic, intermediate, and advanced PPC skill sets
· Train PPC Specialists on advertising metrics
· Maintain advertising budgets, control & trim total advertising cost of sales
· Train other specialists on utilization of negative KWs and KW harvesting
· Maintain detailed, timely reports of client advertising activities
· Be a great team member and support team members with a range of on-demand client needs
Qualifications
· 3+ years of Amazon Advertising experience with demonstrated ability to grow brands
· 2+ years of experience leading and managing others
· Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or related field
· In-depth knowledge of negative key words and key word harvesting
· Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience using Helium 10
· Strong understanding of various PPC automation tools
· Experience with DSP Ads
· Demonstrated track record of gaining outstanding results
· Outstanding planning and organizational skills
· Exceptional ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.
· Strong analytical skills, ability to use Excel to effectively analyze data
· Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $99,500.00 per year
