Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Delinea Microsoft Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Delinea (formerly Thycotic) solutions within our Microsoft environment. Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and configure Delinea (formerly Thycotic) solutions to manage privileged accounts and access within our Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Delinea solutions seamlessly into our existing Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and maintain privileged access management (PAM) policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Delinea-related issues, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident response.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our privileged access management processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new features related to Delinea and Microsoft technologies, and make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training for other team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Delinea (formerly Thycotic) solutions in a Microsoft environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and PowerShell scripting.
- Demonstrated expertise in privileged access management (PAM) concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience with integrating Delinea solutions with third-party applications and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Thycotic Certified Engineer (TCE) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) are a plus.
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
